About this file
This document is a pre-quote conference presentation for the T0126 - OEM and Non-OEM Maintenance and Repair Services for Light/Medium Duty Vehicles solicitation issued by the State of New Jersey. The purpose of the conference is to address procedural questions regarding the bid solicitation and quote submission requirements. The solicitation covers OEM and non-OEM maintenance and repair services for light and medium duty vehicles. Quotes are due by 2pm on September 19, 2024. Vendors must be registered in NJSTART and have current contact information. The bid solicitation will be reviewed section by section during the conference, focusing on procedural questions only, while vendors are instructed to submit questions related to the scope of work through the NJSTART Q&A tab.
The state-supplied price sheet requires vendors to provide all-inclusive hourly rates, with separate pricing for OEM and non-OEM services. Vendors bidding OEM services must supply manufacturer's certification, while non-OEM vendors should submit the brand list attachment. The price sheet should be completed in full with no formatting changes, and vendors can bid on one, all, or any combination of price lines. There are no indications of set-asides, incumbent contractors, or specific funding sources for this solicitation.
