Title: Replace HVAC Controls Facilities 1068 & 60680, Patrick Space Force Base

SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

August 9, 2022, 1300 PM EST

The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, in accordance with clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work.

It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e. Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings).

Everyone will be required to sign in; therefore, please meet at the pass and ID Cape Canaveral (1068 FL-401, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920) at least 15 minutes prior to the site visit.

The Program Manager, Jeff Brawner, will be available for questions; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all offerors to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions asked at this site shall also be submitted in writing (Question and Answer Template is available on https://sam.gov under solicitation FA252122B0012).

All questions and answers should be submitted in writing no later than by 5:00 pm EST on August 11, 2022, to support the proposal closing date (9:00 am EST on August 26, 2022) using the Question and Answer (Q & A) Template provided under FA252122B0012.

All questions and answers will be posted to https://sam.gov as an amendment to this solicitation.

This will allow questions to be answered in a timely manner and not jeopardize the proposal closing date/time.
