About this file

This document is an attachment containing federal certification forms for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the State of California Department of General Services for General Transit Feed Specification - Realtime (GTFS-Realtime) Services Master Service Agreements (MSAs). The RFP is seeking proposals from qualified firms to establish three-year MSAs for GTFS-Realtime services to be used by local government transit agencies in California. The MSAs will contain options to extend for two additional two-year periods. The RFP requires bidders to comply with federal regulations regarding lobbying, debarment and suspension, and prohibitions on certain telecommunications equipment and services.

The RFP does not provide specific details on pricing, funding, or incumbent providers. It focuses on the federal compliance requirements for the MSAs, which will be awarded to multiple qualified bidders to provide GTFS-Realtime services to transit agencies in California over the multi-year contract term.
