About this file
This document contains four Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration for Oklahoma. Each determination covers specific geographic areas within Oklahoma and establishes prevailing wage rates for service contract employees.
Wage Determination 2015-5327 covers Beckham, Caddo, Custer, Roger Mills, and Washita counties. Wage Determination 2015-5315 covers Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Lincoln, Logan, McClain, and Oklahoma counties. Wage Determination 2015-5321 covers Alfalfa, Blaine, Dewey, Ellis, Grant, Harper, Kingfisher, Major, Noble, Payne, Woods, and Woodward counties. Wage Determination 2015-5317 covers Creek, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, and Wagoner counties. All determinations are dated May 13, 2026 (Revision 30 or 29).
Each determination establishes hourly wage rates for numerous occupational classifications across administrative, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health, information and arts, information technology, instructional, laundry, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, and technical occupations. Rates range from approximately $9 to $49 per hour depending on classification and experience level. All determinations include fringe benefits requirements ($5.55 per hour standard health and welfare, with supplemental rates of $5.09 per hour for EO 13706 covered contracts), vacation accrual schedules (2-4 weeks based on tenure), eleven paid holidays annually, and special pay differentials for hazardous materials work and night/Sunday work. Computer employees, air traffic controllers, and weather observers are subject to specific exemptions and footnoted provisions. Contractors must submit SF-1444 forms for conformance requests when employing unlisted occupational classifications.
