About this file

This document contains a request for information notice and draft performance work statement regarding maintenance, sustainment and development services for an operational information system. The Air Force is seeking comments on the draft documents to improve clarity for a potential future solicitation. Interested parties should submit written comments identifying any issues in the draft performance work statement by paragraph and line number. Responses are due by November 6, 2020 and should include business information. The potential requirement is for professional services to maintain an existing management information system, develop new software applications using DevSecOps practices, and implement security and operations functions at Patrick Air Force Base and a contractor facility.

The notice provides background on the mission of the Air Force Technical Applications Center to detect nuclear explosions and develop proliferation monitoring technologies. It describes the incumbent contract and states the proposed NAICS code and size standard. An ombudsman process is also outlined to resolve any concerns from interested parties.

In an effort to assist the Government’s Past Performance evaluation team in assessing your recent past performance relevancy and confidence, we request that the following consent letter be completed by the major subcontractors/teaming partners identified in your proposal.
