About this file

This is a Draft Scope of Work (SOW) for an emergency furniture relocation and cubicle restoration project at the Anadarko Agency in Anadarko, Oklahoma, in support of sewer line repairs. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to temporarily relocate office furniture, equipment, and cubicle systems from the designated sewer line trench path (a 2-foot-wide trench extending across the building) to other designated areas within the building. Work includes disconnecting electrical power to 10 cubicles in the building center, disassembling cubicle walls, work surfaces, and power raceways while labeling components for reinstallation, and clearing all obstructions to allow access for sewer repair work. The inventory affected includes approximately 13 copiers, 7-9 freestanding stations, 32 bookcases/file cabinets/storage units, 15 printers, 51 chairs, 21 monitors, 2 training/conference tables exceeding 7 feet, and 64 metal storage cabinets distributed across multiple rooms (A18-A24, A10-A13, and B4-B7).

Following sewer repair completion, the contractor must reinstall all cubicles in their original configuration, reconnect electrical and data lines, return all furniture and equipment to original locations, and perform final cleaning of dust and debris. All work must be coordinated with the sewer repair contractor and the Anadarko Agency, with relocation completed before demolition and trenching begin. The contractor must comply with federal safety requirements, including OSHA regulations, and ensure all electrical work is performed by qualified technicians. Deliverables include a fully cleared work zone with protected remaining furnishings, documented temporary storage, and restoration of all impacted areas to their original configuration.
