The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide boat charter and accommodation services to PRD in accordance with the PWS and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Required services include: transport of up to 6 passengers from Petersburg to Tebenkof Bay Wilderness and West Kuiu Island; transport crews ashore daily for monitoring visits; collect and haul marine debris from remote shores back to Petersburg for disposal; and provide daily lodging and meals preparation for 6 passengers for 10 days.
