About this file
This document contains a quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) for a Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC). The QASP outlines 24 different performance standards across six performance objectives related to quality, schedule, management, regulatory compliance, utilization of small businesses, and cost control. It describes methods of surveillance to evaluate contractor performance on a monthly basis using an attached evaluation scale. Areas to be monitored include timeliness and quality of services, communication with the requesting activity, safety compliance, small business subcontracting goals, proper invoicing, and mitigation of cancellation costs. Adherence to the requirements of the Electronic Cost and Management Reporting system is also included. The QASP provides a framework for the government to assess contractor performance and ensure requirements are met under the WEXMAC.
