Instructions to Offerors

REQUIREMENT INFORMATION

• This summary is to establish a requirement for Goodfellow AFB - 6th Gen Classroom/ Auditorium Design and Install. Please review Attachment 1, Statement of Objectives and Attachment 3, Minimum Specifications Worksheet carefully.

• The offeror must provide all the items, materials, and equipment as specified in Attachment 1, Statements of Objectives and Attachment 3, Minimum Specifications Worksheet.

• A single award will be made as a result of this Request for Quote to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. This acquisition will be made as a small business set-aside.

• Period of Performance (PoP) is estimated to be 180 days from date of award to delivery date.

• Failure to comply with any of requested requirements in this Instruction to Offerors or any provisions may constitute sufficient cause to justify rejection of a quote.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (Q&A)

• Questions and Answers (Q&A): Submit questions to SSgt Cosper and 1Lt Ramjit at robert.cosper@us.af.mil and ryan.ramjit.2@us.af.mil, not later than 4 September 2024 at 12:00 PM CST. Answers will be posted via an amendment on SAM.GOV not later than 6 September 2024 at 2:00 PM CST.

QUOTE

The Contractor shall submit a written quote in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ), for consideration before the due date and time. Quotes are due no later than 11 September 2024 at 12:00 PM CST. Quotes must be emailed to SSgt Robert Cosper, robert.cosper@us.af.mil, and 1LT Ryan Ramjit, ryan.ramjit.2@us.af.mil. Contractor quotes shall include the following:

A Statement of Capabilities that provides the following information:

o Company legal name o RFQ number o Small Business Status/Categories as appropriate o Company Point of Contact with email and phone number o Company CAGE code

A revised SOW that includes:

o How the company plans on meeting the requirements stated in Attachment 1, SOO

A completed Attachment 3, Minimum Specifications Worksheet that provides the following information:

o Equipment or products offered and how they meet the specifications listed in Attachment 3, Minimum Specifications Worksheet

Itemized quote with the following information:

o All equipment, costs, products, etc. offered as a solution o Costs associated with each item o Totaled cost

An acknowledgment of any and all amendments and associated changes.
