About this file

Attachment 5 is a Government Property Report template for tracking government-owned property during contract performance for the WMSL Propulsion Control System Upgrade (Contract Number 70Z08525). The document provides a structured chart for contractors to document received property, including columns for property type, value, receipt date, installation/consumption date, current location, and disposition instructions. The report requires detailed tracking of serviceable, salvage, and scrap property, with specific definitions provided for each category.

The report must be completed by the contractor with assistance from the Government Property Administrator, documenting the status and disposition of all government-provided property. It is a mandatory document that must accompany the contractor's final invoice, with signatures required from both the Property Administrator and the Contractor after executing disposition instructions. The template is designed to ensure comprehensive accountability of government property throughout the contract performance period.
