About this file
This document is a draft model contract between the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) and an incontinence products supplier for a preferred supplier arrangement to provide incontinence-related durable medical equipment (DME) products to MassHealth DME Providers. EOHHS has the authority to enter into preferred supplier agreements to obtain discounted pricing on DME products. The contract term is 3 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years. The supplier will be required to offer a minimum of 2 products per HCPCS code, ensure prompt delivery, provide customer service, and submit various reports to EOHHS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
The contract establishes a list of covered incontinence product HCPCS codes and the total unit prices the supplier can charge MassHealth DME Providers.
