necessary for any contractor employee hired to fulfill the tasks 4.1, and 4.2 of this PWS. In all cases contract employees must meet eligibility requirements for a position of trust at a minimum. The contractor shall comply with all applicable DoD security regulations and procedures during the performance of this task order. text: The potential consequences of any requirement under this clause including denial or termination of physical or system access in no way relieves the contractor from the requirement to execute performance under the contract within the time-frames specified in the contract.
