About this file

The document is a Wage Determination file for a federal contract opportunity related to AS9100/9110 Registrar Services issued by the Department of the Army. The file specifies labor standards under the Service Contract Labor Standards, which provides minimum wages and fringe benefits for service contracts. Wage rates can be found on SAM.gov under Determination No. 2015-5797, Revision No. 29, dated 07/08/2025. If vendors cannot locate applicable rates, they are instructed to submit an E98 form to the Department of Labor or an SF1444 form for clarification.

The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W51AA126QA006) seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive AS 9100/9110 Registrar services, including personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision. The contractor must meet specific contract standards and perform non-personal services necessary for the registrar services. The solicitation notes a known system malfunction that caused some clause duplication and advises contractors to review all attachments carefully.
