About this file

This document is a Technical Reference for a Sample Weekly Status Meeting Agenda dated June 11, 2020, designed for tracking project progress and communication between a contractor and government stakeholders. The agenda includes detailed sections for reporting on safety (including hazardous operations and safety database updates), operational constraints, planned outages, deviation waivers, requests for information (RFIs), technical notes (TNs), contract progress, and general project updates. The template provides a standardized format for weekly meetings, with spaces to document contract progress percentages, field work completion, and performance period status, and includes a sign-in sheet for tracking meeting attendees with columns for name, title, company, mail code, phone, and email.
