About this file

This document is a Technical Exhibit A Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) for a five-year contract involving environmental sampling and analysis services. The contractor is required to provide all labor, supplies, and data reports for in-harbor and offshore water, soil, and sediment sample collection and analysis, with delivery of preserved samples to ERDC (Engineer Research and Development Center).

The performance requirements include drafting multiple technical documents such as sampling and analyses plans, health and safety plans, logs, field sampling reports, daily quality control and status reports, and final reports. The performance will be evaluated using a rating system ranging from Exceptional (100% complete) to Unsatisfactory (0% complete), with the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) focused on meeting specific reporting limits and data deliverables for all requested analyses. Inspections will be conducted through customer feedback, with the Technical Point of Contact and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) overseeing the process.
