About this file
This document contains a pre-solicitation notice and sample statements of work for an upcoming multiple award task order contract for cultural and environmental resource services. The contract will be awarded by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division to support projects primarily in California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah. There will be two pools under the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract: one for cultural resources only, and one for combined cultural and environmental resources. The cultural resources pool will involve tasks such as historic property identification and evaluation, tribal consultation, construction monitoring and data recovery. The combined pool will require experience with cultural resource laws as well as environmental laws pertaining to NEPA, ESA, CWA and CAA. Sample task orders will be provided in the solicitation to aid evaluation of responses. The anticipated acquisition strategy is for 100% small business set-aside with seven total contract awards. The pre-solicitation includes draft statements of work for both pools.
