About this file

This is a preventive maintenance specification document from Modula Inc. outlining different maintenance levels required for their vertical lift module systems. The document details four maintenance levels:

Level 1 PM requires annual maintenance performed by certified technicians at minimum once per year or every 15,000 missions, involving routine inspections, calibration, lubrication, and adjustments. Levels 2-4 involve parts replacement at specific intervals: Level 2 (every 30,000 missions) requires replacement of sprockets, chains, pawls, guides, and door parts; Level 3 (every 45,000 missions) requires replacement of wheel-tubes and external bay slides; and Level 4 (every 150,000 missions) requires replacement of vertical belts, pulleys, E-chains, cradle movement cables, motors, and gear motors. The document indicates these maintenance kits and schedules are designed to ensure proper operation and maximize machine longevity.
