About this file

This document is a preventive maintenance schedule from Modula Inc. detailing different maintenance levels required for their Vertical Lift Module systems.

The maintenance program consists of four levels: Level 1 requires annual maintenance to be performed by Certified Technicians at least once per year or before 15,000 missions, involving routine inspections, calibration, lubrication, and adjustments. Levels 2-4 involve specific parts replacement at different mission intervals: Level 2 (every 30,000 missions) requires replacement of sprockets, chains, pawls, guides, and door parts; Level 3 (every 45,000 missions) requires replacement of wheel-tubes and external bay slides; and Level 4 (every 150,000 missions) requires replacement of vertical belt, vertical pulleys, vertical E-Chain, cradle movement cables, motors, and gear motors. The document appears to be part of a Defense Logistics Agency Distribution solicitation (SP3300-25-Q-0030) for maintenance services on Modula equipment.
