About this file

This document is a Government Property Report for the USCGC MIDGETT dockside repair contract (Solicitation No. 70Z08525RLREP0009). The report is a tracking mechanism for government-owned property during contract performance, requiring the contractor to document the receipt, location, use, and disposition of government property.

The report includes detailed columns for tracking property type, value, receipt date, installation/consumption date, current location, and disposition instructions. It defines three property categories: serviceable (pre-existing property to be turned in), salvage (property with some residual value), and scrap (property with only basic material content). The document requires signatures from the Property Administrator and Contractor to certify accurate property accounting, and must be submitted with the final invoice. The contract is with the US Coast Guard for the fiscal year 2026 dockside repair of the USCGC MIDGETT.
