About this file
This document contains an Express NDAA Certification form required for compliance with the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019. The form requires vendors to disclose whether they will provide covered telecommunications equipment or services to the government, and to disclose whether they use any covered telecommunications equipment or services. Vendors must make these representations and provide additional disclosure information if responding affirmatively. The signed and completed form must then be returned to the contracting specialist.
The related federal contract opportunity is a solicitation from the Department of State to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the provision of repeater equipment and ancillary services to support the Department's Land Mobile Radio systems across 21 major U.S. cities and 280 embassies and consulates globally. The contractor will provide five configurations of UHF and VHF repeater equipment as well as program management, training, technical support, and warranty support services.
