Estimated quantities are not included in the Attachment 2 State Repeater Pricing Spreadsheet. Can you please confirm that the evaluation quantity for each configuration kit and additional items is 1?
The government will apply its market basket quantities to vendor provided unit prices.

There are some System Components that are not specifically listed in the CLIN structure , but required to ensure compliance with the SOW. For example, each Configuration Kit requires a Cabinet, however cabinets are not currently included in any of the Configuration Kits on “Attachment 2 State Repeater Pricing Spreadsheet”.

How should the Vendor account for System Components that are not specifically listed in the CLIN structure?

Should vendors show these items as separate CLINs within the individual Kit Sections, or create new sections?

The vendors may add or subtract CLINS and Sub-CLINS from the pricing template as necessary to meet the needs of their proposed solution. A cabinet of sufficient size to meet the needs of each configuration should be included in both the CLIN and the Sub CLIN so that cabinets can be purchased within the CLIN No. and individually as a Sub CLIN.
