About this file

The document is a Bid Schedule Excel spreadsheet for a Base Emergency Spills Response contract at Robins Air Force Base. The solicitation (FA850125R0006) covers a base period from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026, with two optional one-year extension periods. The pricing structure includes two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 is a firm fixed monthly price for defined requirements like bi-monthly boom replacements and 24/7 on-call services, priced at $384 for the base period and $432 for Option Year 1. CLIN 0002 is a to-be-determined (TBD) spill response line item where contractors must provide fully burdened labor rates for various environmental and technical positions.

The bid schedule includes detailed labor categories such as Program Manager, Environmental Scientists/Engineers at different experience levels, Environmental Technicians, Quality Control Manager, GIS Analysts, and Health & Safety Officer. The spreadsheet also captures equipment rates for response vehicles, heavy equipment, and specialized tools like vacuum trucks and pumps. A site visit is scheduled for July 10, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST, with mandatory pre-registration required by emailing specific Air Force personnel. The contract is issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center, with contractors expected to provide comprehensive environmental and emergency spill response services.
