About this file
This document is a site visit notice for a federal contract opportunity regarding a Rubberized Fitness Track at Beale Air Force Base. The Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 9th Reconnaissance Wing (ACC), is inviting interested vendors to attend a site visit scheduled for August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time at the 9th Contracting Squadron located at 6500 B Street, Beale AFB, California 95903. Vendors must submit a completed Entry Authorization Letter (EAL) no later than August 21, 2026, at 3:30 PM PST to the Contracting Specialist, Lt Abigail Bartleson, and the Contracting Officer, TSgt Angel Delgado, with attendance limited to a maximum of two people per business.
All visitors must possess a REAL ID or equivalent acceptable identification to access the installation, with acceptable forms including state-issued Enhanced Driver's Licenses, U.S. passports, DHS trusted traveler cards, Department of Defense IDs, permanent resident cards, and various other federally recognized credentials. Critically, visitors must be sponsored and accompanied by a Department of Defense ID cardholder at all times while on the base. The site visit agenda includes introductions by the Contracting Specialist, a safety briefing, and Rules of Engagement prohibiting attendees from straying from the group, discussing funding or future projects, or engaging in sidebar conversations. Written questions regarding the requirement are due by August 25, 2026, at 4:30 PM PDT, and the group will proceed to the requirement site at the fitness track location following the initial briefing.
