About this file
This document is an RFP Proposer Response Template for Data Validation for CHDS, issued by the State of Colorado's Office of Information Technology (OIT) under RFP 20270000413. The template requires proposers to provide detailed responses demonstrating how their proposals comply with mandatory minimum requirements across multiple categories, including references and experience, key personnel qualifications, business requirements, technical requirements, system configuration, uptime and business continuity provisions, training and documentation, technical support and system maintenance, data privacy and security, OIT security requirements, and accessibility standards. Proposers must elaborate on their approaches using specific examples from previous projects, including relevant methodologies, technology applications, and delivery plans for each requirement area.
The template does not specify pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, site visit arrangements, bidder meetings, or award dates within the document itself. Proposers are required to provide evidence supporting their responses upon request by the State. The document serves as the structured format through which vendors must demonstrate their capability to meet the State's data validation requirements for the CHDS system.
