About this file
This document is a Deliverables and Reporting Requirements attachment for a Visa and Passport Services contract with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The contractor is required to submit multiple types of reports throughout the contract period, including pre-task planning reports, monthly reports, completion reports, annual reports, and a final report. Each report has specific content requirements and submission timelines, such as monthly status reports due on the 15th working day of each month and an annual report due 30 days after the one-year contract anniversary.
Key reporting deliverables include a kickoff meeting within 10 days of award, monthly status reports tracking traveler details and service costs, annual reports summarizing significant activities and statistical summaries, and a final comprehensive report due one month after contract conclusion. The reports must detail project assignments, costs, problems encountered, resolutions, and overall contract performance. The reporting schedule is designed to provide NIH's Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) with consistent oversight and visibility into the contract's progress and execution.
