Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan

Air Evacuation Aviation Ground Support

This Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) describes how government personnel will evaluate and assess contractor performance. The QASP is based on the premise that the Contractor, not the Government, is responsible for managing and ensuring that quality controls meet the terms of the contract. The QASP provides a systematic method to evaluate the services the Contractor is required to furnish.

This QASP has been developed to evaluate Contractor actions while implementing the Performance Work Statement (PWS). It is designed to provide an effective surveillance method of monitoring Contractor performance for each listed objective on the Performance Requirements Matrix (PRM).

Definition of Terms in the PRM:

• Minor deficiency is any error in the deliverable product resulting from clerical or administrative errors.

• Major deficiency is any error that would cause the deliverable product to be determined unacceptable.

• Non-Compliance is an outcome that does not meet the requirements detailed in the Contract and Task Order
