About this file
This is a pricing template for EEO Investigation and Preparation of Report of Investigation services for the Department of Commerce Office of the Secretary, covering a 5-year period from April 2025 through March 2030. The template uses SIN 595-25 and requires pricing for three main categories of cases: Individual Cases, Consolidated Cases, and Local Travel.
The pricing structure includes rates for single claim cases, additional claims, and continuing violations for both individual and consolidated cases. Local travel within the investigator's commuting area is not separately reimbursed, while travel outside the commuting area requires advance approval and is set at $2,500.00 per year. The template specifies that additional claims will be paid based on documentation type needed, with an example noting that multiple AWOL claims requiring the same time/attendance records would be authorized as one additional claim rather than separate claims. All pricing cells are left blank for offerors to complete, except for the fixed local travel amount.

As used on GSA Schedule, task definitions are as follows:
Individual Case: A single case filed by a single complainant but possibly involving multiple claims.
Consolidated Case: Single Claim: Cases filed by multiple complainants but arising from the same event.
Consolidated Cases / Continuing Violation: This usually pertains to multiple complaints filed by the same complainant and covering several claims that occurred over a substantial period of time but could cover complex consolidated complaints filed by multiple complainants as well.
Consolidated Case / Additional Claims: This provides a middle ground between the single claim pricing and the continuing violation pricing and is useful for cases that involve more than one claim but are not on the scale of a continuing violation.
Additional claims will be paid by type of documentation need to address the claim. For example, if there are five additional claims above a continuing violation that involve being charged with Absence without Leave only one additional claim will be authorized not five due to the documents needed all being time and attendance records.
