Visitor registers using a generic pre-registration link •

Data submitted by the visitor is displayed on a secure web portal for Visitor Control Center (VCC) personnel to review prior to submitting for processing.

VCC personnel submit visitor data for ID verifi-cation and background check processing.

• Visitor If all checks return clear, the visitor receives a custom text message with pass approval notification, as well as pass start and end dates.

If there Is any derogatory information returned from the background check, the data will be displayed on a secure web portal for VCC personnel to review.

If the review results In pass approval, the visitor receives the text message as described above.

If the review results In pass denlal, the visitor receives a custom text message to contact the VCC.

The visitor can then go to the installation during the pass approval dates and use his/her DL for access or go to a kiosk and print off a pass.

When the DL or pass is scanned at the installation for the first time, the scanning device reaches out to lberon's servers to validate the pass and retrieves the visitor's registration information.
