About this file

This is a Past Performance Information Sheet that establishes evaluation criteria for contractor submissions related to elevator preventive maintenance and repair services. The sheet requires contractors to demonstrate relevant past performance experience by providing information on three to five projects completed within the past five years that are similar in scope and complexity to the work required for the Bureau of Reclamation's Eastern Colorado Area Office (ECAO), including the Carter Lake Shaft House (CLSH) elevator maintenance contract.

Contractors must provide specific details for each past performance project, including the project name, location, duration, contract value, scope of work description, and references (name, title, phone number, and email) for government or private sector clients who can verify the work performed. The sheet emphasizes the importance of selecting projects that demonstrate experience with elevator preventive maintenance, repair services, and facility management comparable to the requirements of this solicitation. This evaluation method allows the government to assess contractor capability, reliability, and quality of work based on documented experience with similar elevator maintenance and repair services.
