About this file
This document is an Attachment to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Mission Essential Plan related to Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) in Alaska. The attachment requires offerors to submit a detailed 5-page plan describing how they will continue essential contractor services during a crisis, specifically addressing personnel and resource acquisition, pandemic-related challenges, personnel training and preparedness, alert procedures, and communication expectations. The plan must outline continuity of operations for up to 30 days or until normal operations can be resumed. Proposals will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable rating, with failure to complete the document potentially resulting in ineligibility for award. The associated federal contract opportunity involves providing stevedoring services at seaports in Anchorage, Seward, Whittier, and Valdez, issued by the Department of Defense United States Transportation Command under solicitation number HTC711-25-R-E137.
