About this file
This document contains an insurance compliance attachment and details of a federal contract opportunity for rescue support services. The opportunity is a competitive solicitation issued by the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command seeking non-personal services to perform rescue training, operations scheduling, equipment maintenance, supply management, and administrative support at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia. Questions are due by January 5th and responses will be posted by January 17th, with an anticipated start date of March 1st for an initial one-year base period and four optional one-year extensions. The $41.5 million small business set-aside seeks personnel, supervision, and other items and services to support specialist instructors, deployment managers, schedulers, riggers, and program assistants. Funds are not presently available and any award will be contingent upon future appropriations.
The insurance compliance attachment requires contractors to maintain certain coverage amounts as specified in FAR 28.307-2 and to notify the contracting officer of any policy cancellations or material changes. It must be signed by the contractor to acknowledge these obligations and become part of the awarded contract.
