MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE

1. U.S. Government contracts commonly require thorough advance coordination to access to facilities. How well did the Contractor coordinate access to facilities – including interior and exterior facility work spaces?

2. How well did the contractor plan (including scheduling) periodic services (e.g.

monthly, quarterly, or semiannual)? Did Contractor personnel arrive at the facility on time and on schedule with clear instructions for work to be performed?

3. How effective was the contractor in maintaining professional business relationships with government personnel and in resolving contract issues?

TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE

1. Did Contractor personnel demonstrate proficiency operating specialized equipment – e.g. water-fed pole cleaning systems; man-lift devices; scaffolding, and similar equipment?

4. Did the Contractor employ effective measures to protect customer property (e.g. tarps or plastic sheeting to protect carpet or similar surfaces)?

5. Did the contractor submit reports in an accurate and timely manner?
