About this file

This is an Evaluation Rubric for a Federal Student Aid Hiring Fair event procurement.

The rubric establishes evaluation criteria across four primary factors: Technical Capability and Approach, Past Performance, and Price. Technical Capability and Approach is subdivided into three assessment areas: (1) comprehensiveness of meeting room requirements including an Expo & Plenary Hall (Large Ballroom), Registration Space, six Interview Rooms, and one Administrative Space; (2) comprehensiveness of furniture, equipment, and room functionality requirements including tables with skirting, seating, reliable Wi-Fi, electrical access, tripods for signage, trashcans and janitorial services, and audio/visual capabilities (screen and projection, audio support, podium, and microphone capability); and (3) comprehensiveness of deliverables including Site Walkthrough, Floor Layouts, Event Schedule, Technical Support Plan, and Post Event Summary. Past Performance is evaluated on the relevance and quality of previous projects, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Price evaluation considers competitiveness, cost breakdown, and overall value. All factors employ a five-point scoring scale: Excellent (4), Good (3), Satisfactory (2), Marginal (1), and Unsatisfactory (0).
