About this file

This request for proposal seeks to acquire a comprehensive web-based and mobile eDelivery construction management system for the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Federal Lands Highway. The system must fully integrate all aspects of FLH's program construction activities including engineering cost estimating, procurement and electronic bidding, construction management, and construction documentation management. It must provide design, acquisitions, construction, and document management modules that allow each module to communicate without manual data import/export. The system should support projects in both U.S. customary and metric units and allow multiple active specification books and cost accounts to be tracked throughout a project's lifecycle. It must also include a mobile application that enables offline access to documents, daily reports, pay notes, and estimates as well as photo capture and GIS data collection.
