About this file

This amendment to a request for proposal provides updated due dates for questions and proposal submissions for the Federal Highway Administration's eDelivery construction management system procurement. Offerors must submit any Phase II questions by July 7, 2021 and Phase II proposal Volumes 2 and 3 by July 14, 2021. Live system demonstrations will be held virtually between July 15-23, 2021. The procurement seeks a comprehensive web-based and mobile construction management system to integrate all aspects of the Federal Lands Highway program's construction activities, including cost estimating, electronic bidding, construction management, and documentation management. Proposals will be evaluated based on high-level system requirements, implementation approach, functional requirements, past performance, and price.
