Contractors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and maintain current representations and certifications. Specific supplemental clauses address contractor access to Air Force installations (requiring base identification and vehicle passes), health and safety standards, elimination of Class I ozone-depleting substances, and prohibition of certain foreign procurement sources. The contract includes option provisions for extending services up to six months and extending the contract term up to five years, with preliminary notice required at least 60 days before expiration.
