About this file
This document is an Attachment 2N - Table to Compute Incident Urgency for the Bison Support System (BSS) from the U.S. Department of the Interior. The table provides a detailed matrix for categorizing and prioritizing incidents based on three key dimensions: Priority (Severity), Impact (System), and Urgency (Customer). The matrix ranges from low to critical levels, with specific definitions for each category. Priority levels are automatically populated based on the impact and urgency entered, allowing for a systematic approach to incident classification and response. The document includes granular descriptions of each level, such as "1-Extensive/WideSpread" for impact, which affects an entire organization, or "1-Critical" for urgency, indicating operations have come to a complete standstill.
