Attachment 2 - Target Countries and Pools.xlsx

This attachment provides a list of target countries and pools for an international and domestic staffing and recruiting services solicitation. The solicitation seeks these services to support the diverse staffing needs of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation across different regions. The objective is to establish a reliable and cost-effective multiple award IDIQ contract with two small business reserves. The small business reserves are intended to award one or more contracts to small businesses under a full and open competition to meet the staffing and recruiting needs while ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and compliance with relevant regulations. The attachment divides countries into six pools for staffing services and two pools for recruiting services. Respondents are asked to indicate whether they have relevant past performance for each country/pool.
