About this file
This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for international and domestic staffing and recruiting services. Key details include that the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation requires these services to support its diverse staffing needs across different regions. The objective is to establish multiple-award IDIQ contracts, with two small business reserves, to provide reliable and cost-effective talent acquisition that ensures compliance with relevant regulations. Services include program management, management consulting, investment advisory, financial advisory, environmental and social consulting, engineering, logistics, event/PR/communications including translation, and recruiting. Pricing must be proposed for recruiting services. The amendment provides clarification on industry day recordings, references, page limits, teaming partners, and corrects the service area list. No incumbent was noted.
