About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the fire alarm system installation requirements for Building 71, a 4,500 square foot facility lacking an existing fire alarm system. The project requires a comprehensive fire alarm system installation with specific technical specifications, including a Monaco Analog Addressable+ (MAAP(+)) Fire Alarm Control Panel, integrated radio transceiver, antenna assembly, wall-mounted speaker/horn strobe, pull stations, smoke detectors, and monitor modules. The vendor must provide conduit pathways, install 3/4" conduit with pull strings, use isolated SLC circuits, and comply with multiple military engineering standards including dafi32-2001 and ufc_3_600_01_2016_c5. Additionally, the contractor must submit detailed design layouts to the Fire Protection Engineer for certification, complete the entire installation within 30 calendar days of contract award, and provide operational training and user instruction manuals. The project also includes security requirements mandating that the contractor follow all security precautions briefed by Security Forces upon base access.
