About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a gate replacement project for the Sulphur Ranger District in the Arapaho & Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland. The project requires installing government-furnished gates at three specific boat ramp locations: Green Ridge Boat Ramp (one boat ramp gate and two adjacent road gates), Stillwater Boat Ramp (one gate), and Sunset Boat Ramp (one gate). The contractor is responsible for complete gate installation, including site preparation, surveying, excavation, concrete pouring for posts, backfilling, final grading, and revegetation of disturbed areas.

Key project requirements include washing equipment prior to entering National Forest Land, removing noxious weed seeds, and ensuring equipment is leak-free. The contractor must submit several deliverables before construction, including a project schedule, materials submittals, staging area plan, traffic control plan, and accident prevention plan. All deliverables must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) 7-14 days before construction begins. The government will provide the gates, Yale locks, and seed, while the contractor must provide all necessary hardware and installation materials. The project sites are located in Grand Lake and Granby, Colorado.
