About this file

This is a Specification Response Matrix template (Attachment 2) for RFQ N6426725Q5016 for a 60-foot Dive Support Boat. The matrix requires offerors to provide detailed technical specifications including vessel dimensions, performance parameters, and systems information.

The matrix calls for specific responses regarding the boat's length overall (LOA), beam measurements, height specifications, deadrise angles, fuel capacity, load characteristics, center of gravity measurements, draft specifications, sprint speed capabilities, and range requirements at 10 knots. Additional verification is required for inboard diesel engines' ability to meet speed requirements and generator sizing adequacy. Offerors must indicate compliance with all specification requirements by entering "Comply" in the response column. The document emphasizes that incomplete responses will be considered non-compliant and unacceptable for Factor 1 (Technical Approach).
