About this file

This is a Bid Schedule (Section B) for environmental laboratory support services at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) and associated FAA facilities within 60 miles of MMAC. The contract is structured as a five-year requirement with a base year plus four option years, with pricing to be provided for each contract line item number (CLIN). The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and services needed to perform environmental measurements and testing in accordance with EPA, OSHA, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ), Standard Methods, and FAA specifications.

The bid schedule encompasses 190 CLINs covering comprehensive laboratory testing services across multiple analytical disciplines. Services include gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis of volatile and priority pollutants, GC/electron capture detector (GC/ECD) testing for pesticides and PCBs, GC/flame ionization detector (GC/FID) analysis for petroleum hydrocarbons, asbestos testing (TEM, PCM, and bulk PLM analysis), dioxin analysis, hazardous waste characterization per 40 CFR 261 and 268, water/wastewater quality testing (chemistry, metals, biologicals, and radioactivity), bio-aerosols testing (mold and bacteria analysis), industrial hygiene sampling (organic, inorganic, and particulate analyses), and drinking water analysis. Additional services include sample collection and measurements at routine and emergency response rates, consultation services by certified industrial hygienists at an estimated 32 hours annually, and provisions for miscellaneous/emergent contaminant testing to be negotiated. All pricing fields are currently blank, requiring offerors to complete unit prices and total prices for each CLIN across all five contract years.
