About this file

This is a Quote Schedule for the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center (NHTIC) Pump and VFD Replacement project scheduled for 2026. The document provides a base quote template for the removal and replacement of heating and cooling system components at the facility in Casper, Wyoming. The quote schedule itemizes five line items: four pumps at $5,000 each ($20,000 total), five Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) at $75 each ($375 total), Johnson Controls Integration (JCI) as a lump sum of $3,000, Testing and Balancing (TAB) services as a lump sum of $400, and Mobilization as a lump sum of $500, for a subtotal base cost of $24,275. The spreadsheet contains formula errors that prevent total cost calculations from displaying properly, indicating this is a template requiring completion by offerors.

The file references Title I Pre-Design and Title II Final Design Services categories with specific guidance on deliverables and cost estimate classifications, though these sections appear to be general reference material rather than requirements specific to this quote. Offerors responding to solicitation 140L6226Q0034 must complete this pricing schedule and submit their signed quote package to crystal_martinez@ios.doi.gov no later than the closing date, including their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number and sufficient technical description to support a determination of acceptability. The performance period for the project runs from November 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT.
