The contract structure includes an initial award year (months 1–12) with four subsequent option years (months 13–60). All pricing must be all-inclusive, covering overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, insurance, and transportation with FOB Destination delivery terms. Quotations must include pricing for all items to be eligible for award, and the government explicitly states that alternative pricing schedules will not be considered and that any additional terms included in quotations may result in exclusion from consideration.
