About this file
This is a pricing template and submission instruction document for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract solicitation (FA524026Q0041) for vehicle removal and towing services at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Guam. Offerors must complete all cells within green boxes on the "Price List" tab, providing fully burdened unit prices for each of five ordering periods that include all direct costs, indirect costs, profit, insurance, fuel, and disposal fees. All unit prices must be rounded to two decimal places ($X.XX), and the government will evaluate pricing using a Total Evaluated Price (TEP) calculation based on proposed unit prices across three vehicle and equipment size tiers.
The pricing structure encompasses eight service line items: Abandoned POV towing and disposal services for light-duty vehicles using either standard or specialized towing methods (CLIN 0001), and GOV and equipment towing to DLA-DS facility for three equipment tiers—Tier 1 (light duty, ≤10,000 lbs GVWR), Tier 2 (medium/heavy duty, 10,001–26,000 lbs GVWR), and Tier 3 (extreme heavy/oversized, >26,000 lbs GVWR)—each offered via standard or specialized towing methods (CLINs 0002). The TEP tab calculates total evaluated pricing using assumed quantities of 50 units per line item per ordering period across all five ordering periods. Offerors must ensure pricing is accurate, complete, and balanced; the government will not verify offeror input formulas or modify existing spreadsheet formulas.

Instructions
| INSTRUCTIONS | |
| Step 1 | Offerors are required to complete all cells within the green boxes on the tab entitled "Price List" |
Step 2 Offerors shall NOT modify the formulas used on any of the tabs of this spreadsheet. If there is no formula, then the offeror may input a formula.
Step 3 Offerors shall round EACH Unit Price to 2 decimal places (Example: $X.XX). Offered prices must be rounded to the nearest dollar value (e.g., $1.00).
Step 4 Offerors shall fully burden each proposed unit rate to include all direct costs, indirect costs, profit, insurance, fuel, and disposal fee.
Step 5 Offerors are required to ensure that the pricing submitted is accurate, complete, and balanced. The Government will not verify offeror input formulas.
NOTE The Government will evaluate price for award by calculating a Total Evaluated Price (TEP) for each Offeror. The TEP is for evaluation purposes only. The TEP will be calculated for each Offeror utilizing proposed Unit Prices for each Tier Category (Vehicle and Equipment Size) during the ordering period. Offerors shall complete the cells within the green boxes on the tab entitled "PRICE LIST." The tab entitled "TEP" will calculate the TEP. The quantity requirements on the TEP tab are only utilized for the purposes of determining TEP.
