About this file
This is an architectural and engineering survey document for a federal construction project. The document is Sheet 1 of 1 of an ALTA Specifications Survey dated April 13, 2021, prepared by Pickering for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Tobacco Program in Bartlett, Tennessee. The survey depicts a site plan with detailed specifications for construction work including pavement design specifications (HMAC Type B Grading D with 2" to 8" crushed stone base Type B Grading A at 95% Standard Proctor compaction), existing elevation measurements (Flow Line Elevation 283.95±), and cautions regarding existing gas infrastructure in the project area. The document includes comprehensive site layout information showing building footprints (with notation of 5,641 SF and 7,090 SF structures), parking areas, drainage patterns, utility locations, and surrounding property boundaries. A vicinity map is provided in the upper right portion of the document showing the project location within the local street network. The survey includes a graphic scale and detailed legend identifying various site features, easements, and utility locations. Standard architectural notations, section details, and professional certifications are included throughout the document. No specific response dates, pricing terms, contract vehicles, or set-asides are evident in this technical survey document.
