About this file

This is a Disqualification Price Sheet attachment for the National Guard-to-Aerospace Talent Transition Initiative in Colorado. The document serves as a pricing submission form for bidders responding to this state contract opportunity. The price sheet is designed to capture detailed cost information from prospective contractors interested in participating in the initiative, which aims to facilitate the transition of National Guard personnel into aerospace industry employment opportunities.

The price sheet establishes the framework for bidders to submit their pricing proposals in a standardized format. It includes specific line items and cost categories that bidders must complete to demonstrate their pricing structure and financial commitment to the initiative. The document appears to function as a comparative tool to evaluate and potentially disqualify bids that do not meet specified pricing requirements or conditions. Bidders are expected to complete all required fields accurately and submit their responses according to the contract opportunity's established timeline and procedures.

Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade ATTACHMENT 2 – DQ Price Sheet Documented Quote (DQ) #: EDAA DQ# 2027-0050 (Please print or type information)

Company Name: _________________ Bidders must complete the price sheet on the following page and provide their Total Price per Candidate and allocate that total across the three performance-based categories below. The percentages for the three categories must equal exactly 100%. The maximum project budget is fixed at $170,000.00. The primary factor for this price evaluation is maximum potential candidates placed.

Base Operations Funding (1% to %15) – Disbursed upon successful completion of Program Readiness (M1), initial pipeline enrollment targets (M2), and Mid-term Placements (M3). This total payout is calculated based on the Maximum Candidates Placed.

Placement Milestones (70% to 85%) – Paid out as a performance-based flat fee for each verified candidate placement.

Retention Bonus (15% to 30%) – Paid out as a performance-based fee upon verification that a placed candidate has remained in their position for 90 days.

Total Price Per Candidate – The total dollar amount paid per candidate if all three performance categories are successfully achieved. (Must be entered as a dollar value, not a percentage).

Maximum Potential Candidates Placed – The total number of candidates you commit to placing given the fixed maximum budget. Calculated as: $170,000.00 ÷ Total Price per Candidate.
