About this file

This is a Bidder Response Form attachment issued by the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade for Documented Quote (DQ) #EDAA 2027-0050, related to the National Guard-to-Aerospace Talent Transition Initiative. The document outlines submission requirements for organizations responding to this state contract opportunity. Bidders must submit comprehensive proposals of no more than six pages that include a project narrative describing their overall approach, outlined plan, timeline, and background in completing similar projects; a portfolio of three to five projects completed or ongoing within the past ten years demonstrating five to ten years of progressively sophisticated career advising experience with direct coaching and job placement, experience in advanced industry context within Colorado, and experience working with military veterans and similar populations; and three to five client references including contact information and organizational affiliation. The submission format requires responses to follow the exact sequence and outline specified in the form, with bids failing to adhere to these requirements potentially deemed nonresponsive and subject to disqualification.

Organizational requirements mandate that bidders provide a list of existing resources such as Salute Colorado to demonstrate capacity to serve Coloradans, acknowledge and accept travel requirements, and identify the location of a physical office within Colorado along with dedicated personnel and their roles. These organizational requirements must be submitted with the proposal. The document does not specify pricing terms, funding amounts, contract duration, award dates, site visits, or bidder conferences in the provided attachment.
