Deliverables Attachment

If checked, the following items are to be included as deliverables with this land survey contract.

_____ Written land description. A description to be used for the acquisition of federal interests will be prepared, signed and stamped by the registered land surveyor in responsible charge. If the prepared written description includes metes and bounds or bearings and distances, each call shall include a description of the monument found or set at each angle point. Descriptive information shall include such items as the size and material of the monument and/or cap and any unique markings or identifying information. Two paper originals and an electronic .pdf copy will be provided. A template description with required header information will be provided to the contractor.

__X__ AutoCAD .dwg or compatible file used to create the land survey plat. Drawing layer names should be spelled out to better clarify each feature (no abbreviations). All text shall be in the OA Simplex style. Other requirements as noted: _All unused layers will be deleted. DWG will be editable.

__X__ Geospatial shapefiles of land survey data. Two shapefiles will be provided in the project grid coordinate system referenced in the Statement of Work: 1) a line feature file with all of the surveyed line data, and; 2) a point feature file will all collected point features. At a minimum, a LAYER field will be included and attributed with the drawing layer name. The layer name should be spelled out to better clarify each feature (avoid abbreviation).

__X__ Metadata. A Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) compliant metadata file will be completed for all geospatial data delivered in this project. At a minimum, the metadata will contain a description of the data, data source, quality, precision and accuracy. A template file will be provided to the contractor.

__X__ Monument Record Sheets. At a minimum, each monument sheet will contain the following: 1) the designated monument identifying mark or stamp; 2) a full description of the monument (material, diameter/size, any unique characteristics); 3) written description of any accessories (found or established); 4) the latitude, longitude and datum; 5) a map diagram depicting location of monument in relation to surveyed boundary, ties to accessories, and any other pertinent features (fences, roads, streams, etc.) North should be oriented towards the top of the page, and;

6) photograph of the top of the cap. A sample record sheet is available upon request.

__X__ NGS Online Positional User Service (OPUS) datasheet(s). In addition to the Survey Control requirements, __2__ monument(s) will be occupied by a GPS unit for at least four hours and processed through OPUS. The point(s) will be boundary monument(s) or one of which will be the large supplied Bernsten corners on the legislative boundary established for the survey project.

An OPUS datasheet for each monument will be provided to NPS.

__X__ Land Records obtained during project research. All records will be provided in electronic scanned .pdf format. Records provided by NPS will not be included.

__X__ Field Book Entries. Scanned copies of paper data or exported .pdf versions of electronic field book data collected during the course of this project.

_X_ Hard copies (1. Filed Plat (after filing) - One stamped and signed original plat and three hard copies 24”x 36” (Architectural D) map sheet, and as a .pdf (generated from the final stamped and signed copy) and 3 duplicate CDs. Electronic files listed below will be included on the CD. The CD- ROMs shall be formatted single session; and clearly labeled (electronically printed) with the following information:

WICR Survey for NPS, Greene & Christian Counties, Missouri Wilson’s Creek National Battlefield, Partial Boundary Survey Date submitted (i.e. December 14, 2006 Name of Prime Contractor and telephone number Name of Survey subcontractor(s) and telephone number (if applicable)
